Garst News
The second half of the year has not been kind to the health of Garst's members, with Casey breaking his foot in Minneapolis in July and Cannon breaking his wrist early in October. The only upcoming show is October 28 at Reverb Lounge in Omaha, and Garst is facing it without their first string drummer.
What is a band to do when their engine goes out? Get a quick transplant! Nathan Wolf, drummer for our friends Pagan Athletes will be stepping in on drums for this show, giving Cannon the opportunity to fill creative space that he hasn't been able to before: VOCALS.

The writing stage continues for Garst, with a new record most likely to be made next year.
Foehammer III
After taking a year off in 2022, Foehammer is gearing up to release their third installment, a collection of songs old and new, electronic and acoustic. New music by the end of the year.
Velvet Velvet VIII
I have been hashing out and performing new tunes weekly for about 4 months now at an Open Mic I host at Hardy Coffee Co. in Benson NE. The result is an album of a handful of songs dealing with subjects ranging from the departure and return of friends to the hypocrisy of Nihilism in the face of monotony. Recording will be finished by the end of the year with release to follow next year.
